Meet royden & ​Victoria

& the newest addition to the party plug - ella

The Party Plug TX, a small Cambodian-owned business based in Houston, TX, embarked on their journey in late 2021. Since then, they have gained valuable insights into the party industry while thoroughly enjoying themselves along the way.


Having initiated their venture during the early stages of their relationship, the owners of The Party Plug TX have allowed their clients and followers to witness their growth both as a business and as a couple. Starting with just two white bounce houses, they have expanded their offerings to include eight bounce houses, marquee letters, balloon garlands, and a comprehensive party rental service. Moreover, their personal journey has seen them evolve from being boyfriend and girlfriend to getting engaged and becoming parents. They express deep gratitude for having everyone accompany them on this incredible journey.


Royden, a Registered Cardiac Diagnostic Sonographer/Registered Vascular Technician with over 10 years of experience in the health industry, is the muscle behind The Party Plug TX. When he is not at the hospital, he devotes his energy to constructing marquees and maintaining the bounce houses. Royden's transition from caring for his patients to serving their clients has been a seamless one.


Victoria, on the other hand, is the creative force behind The Party Plug TX. With eight years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist specializing in lash extensions, microblading, and waxing, she possesses an innate eye for beauty. Victoria manages the business's social media presence and takes pleasure in producing video content that allows their clients to preserve and cherish the memories of their special events.


By combining their respective strengths and talents, Royden and Victoria have brought The Party Plug TX to life, offering a unique and memorable party experience.

Last minute bookings?

Rush Order Fee

A rush fee is applied to bookings made within 1 weeks (7 days) of the scheduled delivery or pickup date. This fee amounts to 20% of the rental order and is necessary due to the high-priority nature of last-minute requests.


To secure your reservation, a deposit is mandatory. Please note that bookings will not be confirmed without a deposit.


Last-minute bookings entail:


• A quicker-than-average turnaround for event preparation.

• Adjusting deadlines and reprioritizing existing workloads.

• Rescheduling planned routes for the day.

• Working ‘overtime’ to accommodate requests, which may include weekends, holidays, or off-hours.


We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring smooth event preparations.

GENERAL FAQ

How far in advance should you reserve your event?

We are more than willing to rent you a bounce house several months in advance or a week in advance (if available) ​however, the sooner you reserve, the more likely you are to secure the services you want and get the best price and ​delivery options available.


Where do you deliver?

Greater Houston area + some surrounding areas.

Delivery ranges from $50 - $200 based on event address.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via Zelle and Venmo and PayPal at this time.


Can I move my set up after your team has installed it?

No. Our clients & their guests are not authorized to move or make even small adjustments to their setup.


Bounce House FAQ

Is there a deposit to reserve a bounce house?

Yes. Our standard deposit is $100, this deposit does not go towards your total balance and is refunded after inspection at the end of your rental. Each rental includes a full clean and sanitation after each use to ensure it is in prime condition for the next party. Should you pull the ultimate party foul and return our rentals to the shop with excessive dirt/grime/party decor mess/water you will lose your $100 deposit for additional cleaning.


Cancellation?

If for some reason a cancelation is needed the $100 deposit will be kept as a rain-check for one year from cancelation date. In the event the booking was paid in full, and canceled within a 72-hour window, the $100 deposit will be retained on rain-check and the balance will be refund.


Rain or Wind?

Sorry but no rental will be allowed with a 40% chance of rain in the forecast or 20mph wind. In the event of rain or wind, we will cancel your outside set up and apply any deposit to another open date within one year of cancelation. If a decision is agreed to deliver with a chance of rain below the 40%, full rental fees apply, even if not raining but does during or after set up.

Marquee FAQ

Is there a deposit to reserve marquee letters or numbers?

Yes. Our standard deposit is $50, this deposit goes towards your total balance. For pick up, we require $100 deposit for EACH number or letter to hold. This deposit will be refunded after we’ve recieved the marquee in good conditions.


Will you provide extension cord for my set up?

We can provide extension cords up-to 100ft. the client will need to provide extra cords & power supply. If the setup is farther than 100ft from the main power source.


What if my location does not have power supply? Can I still rent your services?

The customer will be responsible for providing a generator that will supply power to the setup. In such cases, the customer needs to inform our team that a generator will be used instead of a standard power source. We can also set-up your marquee display without plugging them to a power source. However, this is an option for events scheduled during daytime only.


Balloon FAQ

What type of balloons do you use?

100% biodegradable latex balloons as well as mylar foil balloons. We use the highest quality balloon available. Balloon installations last anywhere from 1 day to 3 months depending on the conditions.


Do you come back and take down the installation?

Once the event has ended, the taking down of your arrangement is the responsibility of the client. If you are interested in us coming back to remove the balloons this can be provided at an additional charge. Please mention this on your inquiry form.


How does delivery and installation work?

Depending on our schedule the day of the event we will inflate balloons on site or have them fully inflated before we arrive. This will be discussed with the client prior to the event.


Backdrop FAQ

Can you add on custom vinyl to the backdrop?

Yes. We offer simple custom vinyls. For more advance vinyl work, you may contact someone who specializes in that work.

Can the backdrop be painted any color?

Yes, we will discuss colors via email. Once color is decided and backdrop is painted for your event we will not change it. If change is urgent and we are able to on short notice, fees will apply.


Can I add my own vinyl or balloon garland?

Yes you can! Be sure to use removable vinyl, any damage can result in a additional fee.

We rented from them for our baby shower and they showed up on time to set up and take down. Did not interfere with any of the festivities and the kids loved it!! What I appreciated the most was how important they stressed cleanliness. Right after set up, they went through and wiped the entire interior down. They did this again before breaking it down as well which really shows their dedication to professionalism.
